We are seeking a skilled Visual Communication Specialist to join our design team at GrowthStudioz.

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality graphics for D2C brands.
  • Create innovative designs based on given briefs by the internal team.
  • Utilize AI image-gen tools for visual storytelling.
  • Apply brand aesthetics & art direction across various design projects.
  • Manage multiple projects & meet deadlines effectively.
  • Deliver quality output for assigned tasks daily.
  • Stay updated with design trends & refine skills continuously.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience in graphic design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience with AI-based image generation tools is a plus.
  • Strong time-management & organizational skills.
  • Understanding of basic marketing fundamentals for designing conversion-friendly Ads.
  • Ability to communicate ideas visually & collaborate effectively.
