Senior Generative AI Developer

About the Role

We're seeking an accomplished Senior Generative AI Developer to lead the development of cutting-edge generative AI technologies. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing large-scale foundation model pipelines in Generative AI.

You will work closely with our research and engineering teams to bring innovative ideas to production, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure. Your expertise in tech leadership, collaboration, and communication will be invaluable in driving project success and mentoring junior team members.

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess a deep understanding of the latest Generative AI technologies, including GANs, diffusion models, and transformer architectures. Hands-on experience with large-scale GenAI model pipelines and shipping ML features is essential. Additionally, your ability to adapt to new technologies and innovations will enable our organization to stay ahead in the field.

Requirements
  • Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related fields or B.Tech and strong experience in AI/ML
  • 8+ years of experience
  • Excellent technical leadership skills, with the ability to drive alignment and get things done
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working in a Matrix organization
  • Experience with training and optimizing models (CUDA, Triton, TRT, AOT)
  • Experience converting models from various frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow to other target formats
Preferred Experience
  • Good publication record in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related fields
