Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Maintenance Engineer/Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our airfield systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform day-to-day maintenance and repairs on airfield systems, including AGL Field and CMS Systems.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to ensure 100% compliance with operational parameters.
  • Manage a team of Service Engineers and oversee their work to ensure high productivity and engagement.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or technical/professional certificate in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in airfield systems maintenance and management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical skills: AGL Field and CMS Systems.
  • Desirable skills: CAT III AGL System.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
