Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Main Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Manage the inventory control and ensure the cleanliness of the office space.
  • Asset Control: Oversee fixed assets and track stocks of office supplies.
  • IT Support: Provide technical assistance and support to colleagues with various tasks.
  • Office Maintenance: Perform general maintenance duties including housekeeping, hygiene, and minor repairs.
  • Petty Cash Expense Management: Manage petty cash expenses and forward details to the Accounts team.
  • Vendor Invoice Verification: Verify vendor invoices and coordinate team building activities.
  • New Joiner Support: Support new joiners with welcome kits, desk allocation, and documentation.
  • Event Coordination: Schedule staff meetings, conferences, and official activities.
