Job Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill the position of Data Entry Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update customer and project data into company systems with high precision and attention to detail.
  • Monitor and manage form submissions and permit application records to ensure timely follow-ups and optimal workflow.
  • Prepare and send customer invoices, track payments, and follow up on pending dues in a timely manner, maintaining strong relationships and resolving any discrepancies promptly.
  • Support customer interactions via email or CRM, providing exceptional service and ensuring projects stay on track while maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
  • Validate and cross-check entries to guarantee high accuracy and completeness, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Maintain well-organized digital records for projects and customer information, facilitating seamless access and collaboration among team members.
  • Assist the operations team with basic reporting and documentation tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and supporting business growth initiatives.
  • Uphold confidentiality and data security standards, protecting sensitive information and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field (preferably with relevant coursework).
  • 1–2 years of experience in data entry, operations, or admin support, with a proven track record of success and adaptability.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with near-zero error tolerance and a commitment to quality assurance.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace, with experience working with databases and software applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and meet deadlines, prioritizing tasks effectively and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment, collaborating with colleagues and contributing to team goals.
