Job Title: Senior Mobile Application Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mobile Application Developer to join our team at Tractor Junction. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality mobile applications using React Native.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable, efficient, and user-friendly mobile applications using React Native.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of the codebase.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest React Native features and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our mobile applications.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in developing dynamic, scalable web applications.
  • 3+ years of work experience in mobile app development with at least 3 years in React Native, with a thorough understanding of its core principles.
  • Demonstrated ability in building / architecting large scale products in the React ecosystem.
  • Ability to work with teams in a collaborative and productive manner.
  • Strong computer science fundamentals in data structures and algorithms.
  • Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility issues and demonstrates good design and UI / UX sensibilities.
  • Excellent technical leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Loves writing and owning code and enjoys challenges and problem solving.
  • Self-driven and motivated with the desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven agile environment with varied responsibilities.
  • Takes end-to-end ownership of the product, ideates on product requirements with the team and drives it from design to implementation.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and the JavaScript object model.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Very good problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies/frameworks quickly.
  • Developed and published at least one moderate size React Native app on Google and Apple Store.
  • Familiarity with Google and Apple Store guidelines and compliance.
  • Good track record of having delivered successful consumer and or business apps on app store.
