      • Billing and payment processes as per terms and conditions;">
      • Ensuring handover according to client satisfaction;">
      • Allocating, monitoring, and closing snags/observation points shared by clients;">
      • Preparing photographic reports for submission to the tender team;">
      • Project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and billing;">
      • Cost management;">
      • Vendor management;">
      • Timely client bill raising as per terms and conditions;">
      • Cash flow preparation for each project;">
      • Follow-ups on client payments;">
      • Presentation of reports in weekly meetings;">
      • Maintenance of professional relationships with contractors and clients;">
      • Allocation of work to subcontractors and monitoring;">
