Financial Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to handle day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.

• Maintenance of bank and cash books
• Independent handling of vendor invoices, payments, customer payments, and journal entries
• Responsibility for daily transactions involving cash and bank books
• Verification of payment documentation and disbursement requests
• Passing necessary entries in Tally for day-to-day transactions
• Accounts Receivable and Payable management
• Timely creation of bills and provision of accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial data
• Review of Purchase Orders and preparation of scrutiny sheets for controlling advance payments

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Accounting skills with expertise in general accounting principles
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Tally software
• Familiarity with financial management systems
