Role Overview:

This is an equity-based founding role for someone with a marketing-oriented mindset and strong English proficiency. You will work closely with our Sales and Tech Founders, sharing equity opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead content, academic operations & communication strategy.
  • Drive marketing campaigns (performance ads, influencer collaborations, viral social media).
  • Be the face of the brand – camera-friendly presence for videos & storytelling.
  • Contribute to business strategy, fundraising & scaling operations.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Tech Founders to align product, growth & vision.
  • Bring innovative ideas to position the brand on a global stage.
Qualifications:
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing.
  • Leadership and team management experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of business development and strategic planning.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in the digital agency space is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Equity-based role with shared ownership of the company. Opportunity to shape the brand vision, culture, and global strategy.
