Senior Visual Designer Position

This is a high-profile role that entails the creation of captivating visual elements for various mediums, including digital and print media. We are seeking an exceptionally skilled individual with proficiency in graphic design principles, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative design concepts based on a deep understanding of visual hierarchy and typography.
  • Maintain consistency across all brand materials while ensuring they remain visually appealing and aligned with the brand's tone.
  • Present finalized designs to internal teams and clients, communicating effectively their rationale and value proposition.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in design and advertising, incorporating them into work as appropriate.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met from a design perspective.
  • Determine client needs through research and develop design briefs accordingly.
  • Cultivate creativity to produce novel ideas and solutions.
  • Utilize project management tools to track progress and deliver projects efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Excellent design and artistic abilities.
  • Familiarity with other software such as After Effects, Character Animator, Premiere Pro, Blender, XD, Figma, etc., is highly valued.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Able to work effectively within a team environment and contribute constructively.
  • Previous experience working in the beauty industry is advantageous.
