Job Description

As a seasoned construction professional, you will oversee all aspects of commercial ICI projects from inception to completion.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestones, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to contract scope, safety standards, and quality requirements, coordinating with site supervisors to monitor progress and address field issues.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation using construction management software, handle project administration tasks, including submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, change orders, site instructions, deficiency reports, and closeout packages.
  • Prepare cost estimates, bid packages, and tender submissions for ICI projects, manage purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers, track subcontractor invoices, and prepare project billing and progress claims.
  • Exercise strict budget control, identify cost-effective solutions, represent the company at project meetings, build strong relationships through proactive communication, and promptly address project challenges and conflicts to avoid delays.
