About You:
  • You are a highly technical, hands-on professional with Pega PRPC who is passionate about applying Pega technology to solve business problems.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Object-Oriented techniques and principles with ability to apply them effectively.
  • Pega CSSA certified with 6-10 years of relevant experience in designing and implementing technical solutions.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills, with capability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate, partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Aptitude to pick up new concepts and technology rapidly; ability to explain it to both business & IT stakeholders.
  • Capacity to work in teams as well as alone, with ability to lead by example and drive results-oriented outcomes.

Your Accomplishments:
  • Built and implemented model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions and applications using Pega technology.
  • Led end-to-end delivery of medium to large components of bigger solutions, leveraging Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposed to various technologies, including Application Servers, programming languages, relational and non-relational databases, and integration techniques.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Object-Oriented techniques and principles, with ability to design and develop robust technical solutions.
