Cybersecurity Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to lead our Security Operations Centre (SOC) activities and drive continuous improvement in threat detection and incident response. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the design and execution of awareness programs to foster a security-first culture among employees, stakeholders, and partners.

• You will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive cybersecurity awareness program tailored to various internal audiences, including employees, stakeholders, and partners.
• Your expertise will be critical in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for SOC operations while continuously refining processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of core security principles, threat vectors, and controls. You will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and effectively communicate across all organisational levels.

Cybersecurity knowledge:
