Senior Radio Frequency Engineer Position

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented engineer to integrate, test, and validate complex RF systems ensuring optimal performance across a wide range of frequencies and environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrate RF systems and subsystems including antennas, transmitters, receivers, filters, amplifiers, and signal processors.
  • Develop test plans and perform RF testing and validation including S-parameters, power, gain, noise figure, and VSWR.
  • Analyze system performance using RF simulation and analysis tools.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues at system and component levels recommending and implementing design or process improvements.
  • Collaborate with design, PCB layout, and mechanical teams to ensure RF performance meets specifications.
  • Support lab setup instrumentation calibration and documentation for RF test environments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering RF/Microwave Engineering or related field.

Preferred Experience:

  • Knowledge in RF systems integration RF hardware development or related engineering roles.
  • Solid understanding of RF concepts including impedance matching modulation filtering, and signal propagation.
  • Hands-on experience with RF test equipment including spectrum analyzers VNAs signal generators, and power meters.
  • Awareness of RF simulation tools including CST HFSS or MATLAB.
  • Strong knowledge of active & passive RF devices cables and connectors.
  • Understanding of EMI/EMC and their effect on RF systems.
