Job Description

We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in C#, Specflow, Nunit, Cucumber, and SQL.

  • Location: Hyderabad

About the Job:

The successful candidate will design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using C# and relevant technologies. They will perform manual testing, including integration, functional, and regression testing of web applications. Additionally, they will write and analyze complex SQL queries for data validation and backend testing.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using C# and related technologies.
  2. Perform manual testing, including integration, functional, and regression testing of web applications.
  3. Analyze complex SQL queries for data validation and backend testing.
  4. Create and maintain test plans, test cases, test execution logs, and manage the defect lifecycle.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  6. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
  7. Mentor junior resources and ensure adherence to QA best practices and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong proficiency in SQL – ability to write and understand complex queries.
  • Solid experience in manual testing, including integration, functional, and regression testing.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and workflows.
  • A working knowledge of GitHub for version control.
  • An understanding of SDLC, defect tracking, and QA documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
