Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Backend Developer Lead to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality backend systems using C# programming languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, implement, and manage build and deployment systems to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  3. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  4. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  5. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in backend development using C# or similar programming languages.

Proven experience with build and deployment systems (DevOps).

Strong understanding of backend development principles and best practices.

Familiarity with database technologies and ORM frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).

Familiarity with container orchestration using Kubernetes.
