About the Job:

In this role, you will work closely with data engineering teams to ensure a sustainable testing approach. You will be responsible for testing data validation scenarios, data ingestion, pipelines, and transformation processes. You will also use automated testing tools and understand information governance principles in a testing capacity.

Responsibilities:

  • Testing data validation scenarios, data ingestion, pipelines, and transformation processes.
  • Using automated testing tools and understanding information governance principles in a testing capacity.
  • Automating tests across multiple platforms and technologies throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Managing test cases and handling issue and defect management.
  • Testing systems that capture, verify, and maintain field-generated metadata.
  • Familiarity with various back-end and front-end languages, libraries, databases, web servers, web services, APIs, and UI/UX design.
  • Knowledge of modern testing development practices and integrated testing products integration with tools such as GitLab.
  • Experience with Agile Software Development & Testing methods for cloud deployments.

Requirements:
