Job Title: IT Account Executive

 

We are seeking an experienced IT account executive to manage and develop strategic relationships with clients, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned IT service and consulting clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Broaden and deepen existing client relationships by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services, thereby driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and technical consultants to ensure smooth execution of IT projects and managed services, guaranteeing client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of clients' technology roadmaps and business challenges to effectively position our company's IT solutions and consulting services.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure commercial terms align with client requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, providing consultative insights to clients and positioning our company as a thought leader in the field.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–7 years of experience in account management, Client Success Manager, or similar role within IT services, system integration, or consulting firms.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, Cloud, ERP, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Application Development.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.
