Job Opportunity for a Skilled CAE Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) Analyst to join our team. As an Automotive Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting onsite analysis of Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) and durability using advanced software tools such as Abaqus, Nastran, and Optistruct.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong fundamentals of nonlinear finite element analysis (FEA) and optimization for strength and stiffness targets
    • Evaluate fatigue life estimations for parent metal and weld connections
      • Analyze structural dynamics, modal analysis, and dynamic responses (frequency response function and random excitations)
        • Pursue full vehicle level NVH studies with point mobility and local dynamic stiffness expertise and optimizations for target frequencies and dynamic responses
          • Demonstrate an intuitive understanding of structural mechanics and problem-solving attitude to come up with countermeasures with manufacturing and assembly feasibility
            • Show exposure to multi-body dynamics simulations with flex-body analysis
