About the Role

We are looking for a skilled professional to drive quality across our software products.

This role involves designing test strategies, developing automation frameworks, and ensuring seamless integration into continuous delivery pipelines.

You will work closely with development teams to identify, track, and resolve issues while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Our ideal candidate has strong experience with Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation tools and proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing test plans, cases, and automation frameworks, as well as conducting regression, exploratory, and usability testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement test plans, cases, and automation frameworks.
  • Design and maintain automated test scripts for functional, performance, and security testing.
  • Conduct regression, exploratory, and usability testing.
  • Integrate automated tests into continuous delivery pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
  • Identify and document defects using tools like Jira or Bugzilla, collaborating with developers for resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with security and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
  • Provide test reports, risk assessments, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor junior professionals and contribute to best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
  • Strong experience with Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation tools.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured).
  • Knowledge of continuous delivery tools and performance testing frameworks (JMeter, LoadRunner).
