Visual Merchandiser Role

We are seeking a skilled and creative individual to develop engaging visual displays that drive customer interaction and boost sales. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to analyze sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of visual displays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Visual Strategies: Create and execute visual merchandising plans based on brand guidelines and seasonal trends to enhance customer engagement.
  • Plan Store Layouts: Design store layouts, window displays, and product placements to maximize visual impact and draw customers in.
  • Align with Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure visuals align with promotional campaigns and product launches, driving sales and brand awareness.
  • Maintain Displays: Ensure all visual merchandising displays are well-maintained, clean, and regularly updated to reflect the brand's image.
  • Train In-Store Staff: Educate in-store staff on visual merchandising principles and standards to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Analyze Sales Trends: Analyze sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of visual displays and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
  • Source Materials and Coordinate Vendors: Source display materials and coordinate with vendors for fixtures, signage, and props to bring the visual strategy to life.
  • Conduct Store Visits and Audits: Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure consistency in presentation across locations, maintaining a strong brand image.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to continuously enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of visual displays.
