  • Design personalized itineraries that meet client preferences and timelines.
  • Provide consultative guidance and proactive follow-ups to drive conversions.

Key responsibilities include sales & client engagement, itinerary planning & customization, booking & vendor coordination, customer experience, revenue generation & growth, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Client Engagement:
  • Respond to inquiries with a customer-first approach.
  • Understand client preferences and suggest curated travel solutions.
Itinerary Planning & Customization:
  • Design bespoke travel packages aligned with customer interests.
  • Stay updated on trending destinations and seasonal offerings.
Booking & Vendor Coordination:
  • Handle end-to-end bookings including flights, accommodations, and activities.
  • Liaise with vendors to secure competitive rates and ensure smooth operations.
Customer Experience:
  • Provide pre-trip guidance, on-trip assistance, and post-trip support.
  • Proactively resolve issues to ensure a seamless travel experience.
Revenue Generation & Growth:
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through new client acquisition.
  • Cross-sell and upsell premium experiences that add value for customers.
Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with teams to build better processes and enhance offerings.

We are looking for someone with familiarity with global and domestic travel destinations, excellent communication skills, strong negotiation skills, and comfort with travel booking platforms and CRM tools.

Fluency in English is required, with additional regional or international languages being a plus.
