Front-end Architect Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced front-end architect to lead our team of developers in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable, high-performance, and responsive web applications using Angular.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Angular (latest versions) and TypeScript, with experience in providing technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to junior developers.

About the Role

This is a challenging role that requires expertise in creating cutting-edge user experiences. The selected candidate will be responsible for defining front-end architecture, UI/UX best practices, and ensuring maintainable code structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to junior developers.
  • Front-end Development: Design and develop scalable, high-performance, and responsive web applications using Angular (latest versions).
  • Architecture & Design: Define front-end architecture, UI/UX best practices, and ensure maintainable code structures.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Performance Optimization: Ensure optimal application performance, security, and scalability.
  • Code Quality & Standards: Implement best coding practices, conduct regular code reviews, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Agile Development: Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, sprints, and sprint planning meetings.
  • Technology Evaluation: Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and frameworks, recommending improvements as necessary.
  • Testing & Debugging: Ensure comprehensive testing (unit, integration, and UI testing) to maintain application stability.
Requirements:
  • Strong Expertise: Angular (Latest versions: Angular 12+ preferred) and TypeScript.
  • Proficiency: HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Hands-on Experience: RxJS, NgRx (or other state management libraries).
  • Deep Understanding: RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Knowledge: UI frameworks like Bootstrap, Material Design, or Tailwind CSS.
  • Experience: Webpack, Angular CLI, and front-end build tools.
  • Strong Understanding: Component-based architecture, modular design, and best coding practices.
  • Familiarity: CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge: Unit testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma, Jest).
  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong Communication and Leadership Skills: Experience mentoring junior developers.

Education: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
