  • Design, train, and fine-tune models that power our AI assistant.
  • Experiment with large language models, embeddings, and recommendation systems to make conversations smarter and more personal.
  • Work with data (structured, unstructured, and occasionally chaotic) to give our AI a memory.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to translate ideas into working features.
  • Ensure great AI should also be responsible by keeping an eye on performance, cost, and ethics.

You'll Be Working On:

  • Model training and optimization for conversational AI.
  • Large language model development and integration.
  • Data engineering and management for AI applications.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to drive business outcomes.
  • Responsible AI development and deployment.

What We're Looking For:

  • A solid background in machine learning, deep learning, or NLP.
  • Experience with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Strong math/statistics chops to understand complex AI concepts.
  • The ability to prototype quickly, fail gracefully, and try again.
  • Experience in productionizing models is a plus – shipping is magic.
