Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our technology projects from start to finish.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize, define, and manage technology projects, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in estimations and draft project plans using standard templates.
  • Communicate and track project progress to ensure overall success.
  • Manage multiple projects against schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Define, manage, and improve the development process.
  • Mentor team members and peers in project management methods and best practices.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience, minimum 2 years in large-scale system project management.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile methodology.
  • Familiarity with planning, executing, and monitoring Sprints.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and multitasking.
  • Experience with reporting project status to stakeholders.
  • Strong domain knowledge and communication skills.
About This Role

This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle, including planning, design, and execution of global projects. You will act as a central point of contact, maintaining oversight and commercial responsibility for your projects. You will also lead functional sub-project teams and coordinate internal resources and external third parties.

In this role, you will provide IT consulting support for large-scale projects within our organization and offer strategic guidance to senior management. You will leverage your extensive IT consulting experience to advise senior management and drive IT projects that significantly impact business operations.

You should be a self-starter, comfortable with implementing and executing Agile development processes, and accepting responsibility for seeing projects through to completion. Previous responsibility as a technical lead or development manager is highly desirable.
