Job Title: SharePoint Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Developer to join our team at BDO India Limited Liability Partnership. As a SharePoint Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing SharePoint applications using SPFx and other cutting-edge tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop SharePoint applications using SPFx and other modern web development technologies.
  • Customize SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows to meet specific business needs.
  • Design and build engaging web experiences for Intranet Portals, Sites, and Branding using the SharePoint platform.
  • Establish robust data connections with various data sources to ensure seamless information flow.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery, SQL Server, and Web Services.
  • Extend SharePoint functionality by creating custom forms, web parts, and application technologies.
  • Utilize SharePoint Designer, PowerApps, and Power Automate Cloud Flows to design, automate, and manage workflows efficiently.
  • Integrate SharePoint solutions seamlessly with existing systems and third-party applications.
  • Maintain and update existing SharePoint applications to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical specifications with precision.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of professional experience in SharePoint development and customization.
  • In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online and the SPFx framework.
  • Strong understanding of modern web development technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience with data integration tools and querying languages (SQL).
  • Familiarity with SharePoint Designer, PowerApps, and Power Automate Cloud Flows is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and drive projects to completion.
  • Passion for modernizing SharePoint and creating user-centric solutions.
