Job Description

Academic Advisor

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Academic Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding students through the academic advising process, ensuring they make informed decisions about their course selection and career goals.
  • You will work closely with students, faculty, and staff to provide individualized support and guidance, helping students navigate the complexities of higher education.
  • In addition to advising students, you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of student progress, collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication, and contributing to the development of advising policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as counseling or higher education administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in academic advising or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop solutions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
