About the TeamWe're expanding our global operations to meet the needs of our rapidly growing user base. Our Stripe Delivery Center strategy aims to provide operational leverage and expand our portfolio of operational capabilities.
In this role, you'll play a front-line role in building our new operational capability and driving growth. You'll recruit, manage, and develop a team of Operations Associates focused on Financial Crimes investigations across EDD, PEP, and other areas.
- Guide your team in completing due diligence reviews.
- Drive strong operational delivery and process improvement, helping to mitigate financial crimes risk while balancing operational efficiency and user impact.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of financial crime regulatory frameworks, including BSA Patriot Act, OFAC, and EU Anti-Money Laundering Directives.
- Familiarity with the financial crime technology stack, including watchlist management systems, case management tooling, transaction monitoring, and screening.
