Expert Financial Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented financial professional to maintain accurate financial records, prepare financial statements, and analyze data to identify trends and variances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, ensuring proper recording and classification of revenues, expenses, and other accounts.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, analyzing data to identify trends and variances.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in creating and monitoring budgets, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
• Compliance and Auditing: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations, coordinating with external auditors during audits.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage invoices, payments, and collections, reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
• Tax Preparation: Prepare and file tax returns in a timely manner, staying updated on tax regulations and ensuring adherence to changes.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline accounting processes, supporting system upgrades or transitions as needed.
