About The Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Finance Manager, who will be responsible for managing our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raise accurate and timely invoices to clients and affiliate networks.
  • Track and follow up on payments to ensure seamless cash flow.
  • Process payouts to vendors, affiliates, and employees in a secure and efficient manner.
  • Maintain detailed expense tracking and cash flow reports to inform business decisions.
  • Coordinate with the tax consultant for compliance filings such as GST and TDS.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and profit/loss summaries to provide insights into business performance.
  • Manage payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management systems.
  • Handle employee onboarding, contracts, and documentation processes.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts with department heads to identify top talent.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives to drive business success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in finance and HR roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Zoho Books, Tally, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Indian tax and compliance regulations (GST, TDS).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in a digital marketing or fast-paced startup environment is an asset.
