Job Description">

As a Senior Architect, you will lead projects from concept to completion, translating design intent into detailed, buildable solutions. This role demands a balance of design excellence, technical know-how, and the ability to mentor junior team members while coordinating with consultants, contractors, and clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian building codes & bye-laws, NBC 2016, ECBC, fire norms, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to multitask across multiple projects and deadlines is also essential.

Required Skills & Qualifications">
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a COA-recognized institution
  • Registration: COA registration (mandatory)
  • Portfolio: Proven portfolio showcasing built and unbuilt work across residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors
  • Skills: Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), SketchUp, Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray, Twinmotion, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Bluebeam / Acrobat
