• Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with patients to understand their healthcare needs and preferences.
• Provide personalized guidance to patients in selecting the right hospital and doctor.
• Counsel patients on various treatment options and hospital facilities, ensuring they make informed decisions.
• Coordinate with hospitals and doctors for seamless appointment scheduling, minimizing delays and stress for patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely follow-ups, demonstrating commitment to patient care and satisfaction.

• 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, patient counseling, or hospital coordination, with a proven track record of delivering excellent patient outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to effectively engage with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• A patient-centric attitude, coupled with empathy and strong problem-solving skills, to navigate complex patient needs.
• Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with the ability to analyze data and optimize patient care processes.
