Director of Client Relations

This role oversees client partnerships, brand positioning, and performance analysis. The Director leads cross-functional teams to develop pitches, manage expectations, and drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Create Annual Operating Plans (AOP) based on client needs, adapting to changes in policies or client goals.
  • Develop innovative concepts for pitches, collaborating with internal teams.
  • Provide strategic inputs to competitor analysis, identifying opportunities for process improvements and new business avenues.
  • Quality Analysis and Innovation:
  • Analyze BAU operations to identify experimentation and innovation opportunities.
  • Create compelling case studies highlighting branch/cluster achievements and impact.
  • Brand Positioning:
  • Define brand strategies that distinguish clients from competitors and resonate with target audiences.
  • Brief Review and Approval - Ensure alignment with execution plans and strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring renewals and upsells.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand growth plans and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Establish clear benchmarks and review timelines to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Follow up on overdue payments, acting as a point of contact for high-priority escalations.
  • Performance Analysis:
  • Evaluate marketing success through social media reports, identifying improvement areas.
  • Resource Planning:
  • Update resource planning quarterly and ensure timely contract renewals.
  • Financial Management:
  • Maintain monthly client P&Ls, ensuring billing targets are met.
  • Team Management:
  • Conduct team meetings, provide feedback, and mentor teams for proactive problem-solving.
  • Structure training programs to improve work quality and specific competencies.
  • Team Growth:
  • Hire capable resources that can execute client briefs accurately.
