Senior Development Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Development Engineer to lead development tasks in Python and React. This position involves coding and debugging complex software applications using standard principles.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create high-level and low-level design for functional requirements as marketable features or use cases.
  • Mentor junior team members in technical skills, methodology, and product knowledge.
  • Develop expertise in primary product technology.
  • Foster best coding practices.
  • Assist colleagues with design reviews, code reviews, implementation, and information on existing implementations.
  • Specialize in one or more product modules.
  • Understand core modules of secondary products.
Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree is required. Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 4 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 2 years' experience; or equivalent experience.

Advanced knowledge of SDLC, operating systems, algorithms, data structures, object-oriented programming systems, and databases is necessary.

Candidates should have experience in Python and React, critical thinking, problem-solving, good teamwork, excellent written and spoken communication skills, mentoring, coaching, intercultural skills, and ability to work with global teams at different time zones.
