4. Conduct persuasive product demonstrations, emphasizing the unique features and benefits of Bath Story's shower enclosures
5. Address post-visit queries and concerns to drive closures
6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead generation and conversion strategies
7. Maintain accurate customer interaction records using official Zoho CRM
8. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional Bath Story products or services
9. Provide valuable feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and improvement opportunities to the marketing team

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive phone manner
3. Motivated by sales targets and success in a digital environment
4. Familiarity with CRM software and digital sales tools is preferred
