About the Role
As a Senior Backend Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust APIs, developing backend solutions for internally developed R&D applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks
• Develop and deploy backend solutions for R&D applications, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and functionality
• Collaborate with UI frontend software engineers, architects, R&D subject matter experts, and product owners to develop robust solutions that meet customer requirements
• Lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of our backend solution platforms

Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in backend development
• Expertise in API development, preferably with Node.js, Express.js, Python, FastAPI, .NET Core, stored procedures, and unit testing frameworks
• Experience in Azure Cloud Native Development, Azure Nodejs library, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, GIT branching, container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and database management systems (MSSQL, Cosmos DB, Cache DB)
• Solid grasp of software engineering principles, SDLC, security protocols, OAuth, JWT, OKTA, API Gateway, encryption, monitoring, and logging framework
• Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team environment, and strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders and presentation skills
