Job Title: Financial Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Management Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

  • Assume responsibility for managing day-to-day banking requirements, including documentation and database management.
  • Ensure timely execution of transactions, liaising with banks and fund houses as necessary.
  • Develop and implement effective database management systems to support reporting needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for treasury operations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and bankers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day operations of the corporate treasury function.
  2. Invest in mutual funds and fixed deposits in accordance with investment policy.
  3. Coordinate with banks and fund houses for transaction execution.
  4. Develop and manage databases for reporting purposes.
  5. Prepare and maintain treasury operation documents.
  6. Liaise with internal stakeholders for transaction closure.
  7. Ensure timely accounting of treasury transactions.
  8. Oversee smooth day-to-day operations of the treasury function.
  9. Ensure zero omission or emission in database management.
  10. Manage turnaround times for document processing.
  11. Nurture relationships with bankers and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong self-discipline and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with general banking terminology and processes.
  • Basic accounting knowledge to understand transaction impacts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bloomberg/Reuters knowledge is an added advantage.
