Job Title - Senior Cross-Platform Mobile Application Developer

Experience - 4-6 Years

Work Model - Remote (Full Time)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled cross-platform mobile application developer with a proven ability to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, user-friendly mobile apps for Android and iOS. As a key member of our team, you will work independently or in collaboration with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to create innovative mobile solutions that meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality cross-platform mobile applications for both iOS and Android.
  • Translate UI/UX designs from Figma into responsive and maintainable code using Flutter.
  • Integrate REST APIs and third-party libraries, ensuring smooth functionality and performance.
  • Take ownership of the full mobile app lifecycle — from planning to deployment and maintenance.
  • Proactively identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and usability issues.
  • Collaborate effectively with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to deliver successful projects.
  • Use version control systems like Git to manage codebase collaboratively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in mobile app development.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in mobile app development, including 3+ years with Flutter.
  • Proven delivery of at least two Flutter apps to production on both Android and iOS.
  • Strong skills in Dart, Flutter, and state management libraries (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, BLoC).
  • Ability to work independently and drive features from concept to deployment.
  • Solid experience integrating REST APIs, managing local storage, and handling app state.
  • Good understanding of mobile architecture, debugging, and optimization techniques.
  • Proficient in using Git for source control, branching, merging, and pull requests.
  • Familiarity with Firebase, push notifications, and mobile analytics tools.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with native mobile development (Kotlin, Swift) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Codemagic, Fastlane, or GitHub Actions.
  • Knowledge of automated testing in Flutter.
  • Understanding of app store submission guidelines and deployment processes.
