Job Description:

We are looking for talented artists who can bring visually stunning and creatively amazing digital experiences to life. As a Junior Application Production Artist, you will play a vital role in crafting the visual elements for international websites and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate will have a meticulous eye for detail, a strong understanding of design principles, and a passion for blending art with technology.

  • Design Tool Proficiency: Utilize the latest Adobe Creative Suite, with strong proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator. Familiarity with Adobe Experience Design is a significant advantage.
  • Visual Asset Production: Create well-balanced and appealing designs, site graphics, and layouts within specified parameters. This includes generating assets for iOS and Android applications and for web asset creation as needed, adhering to the latest Photoshop standards.
  • Design Adaptation: Perform minor color adjustments, extract font selections/sizes, and provide accurate color codes to developers to ensure design integrity.
  • Resolution & Platform Adaptability: Demonstrate a strong understanding of multiple device resolutions and familiarity with size requirements for different development platforms, including Android OS, iOS, and web asset creation.
  • Image & Canvas Manipulation: Possess the ability to resize canvases and image content efficiently while maintaining visual quality.
  • Aesthetic & Color Psychology: Apply a great sense of aesthetics, meticulous nature, and understanding of color psychology to create visually expressive products through visual language. You should have an eye for clean design and a great sense of colors and fonts.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Thrive in a collaborative team environment. You'll need excellent communication skills to articulate and defend design solutions, working through issues with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Work Management: Be creative, hardworking, and a quick learner, capable of setting priorities, handling multiple tasks, and delivering high-quality output within given timeframes.
Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Graphic Design, Advertising, Branding Designing, Creative Direction, and Layout.
  • Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with the latest Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator are required).

  • Proficiency with design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator.
