Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned IT Audit Manager to lead audits and assurance engagements, assessing the effectiveness of our clients' IT controls.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage audit teams to deliver high-quality services to clients, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement audit plans to evaluate IT general controls across applications, databases, operating systems, middleware, networks, and IT application controls.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential risks to clients' IT operations, providing actionable recommendations for mitigation.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted solutions.
  • Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders, driving informed decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6-8 years of experience in executing and delivering audits/assurance engagements in IT General Controls, with a strong track record of success.
  • Extensive experience in IT Audit, IT Risk & Control Assurance, with a deep understanding of business processes and possible risks in operations.
  • Prior experience in client-facing/account management roles, with a proven ability to build strong relationships.
  • Exposure to business development in consulting (pre-sales support, proposals, RFP responses), with a keen eye for opportunity.
  • Strong domain knowledge, understanding of business processes, and possible risks in operations of at least two industry sectors, with a focus on critical thinking.
  • Consistent display of leadership skills, with a talent for motivating and guiding teams.
  • Experience in process consulting/internal audit/risk consulting at a project manager level role, with a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and drive stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work well in teams, with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to adapt.
  • Ability to work under pressure - stringent deadlines and tough client conditions which may demand extended working hours, requiring resilience and stamina.
  • Willingness to travel within India or abroad for continuous long periods of time, with a flexible approach to scheduling.
  • Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and work ethic, leading by example and inspiring others.
