Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our API test automation efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up automation frameworks from scratch, both for backend API microservices and front-end UI Automation.

The selected individual should be able to automate test cases in Karate and have a strong understanding of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD). Additionally, they should be proficient in various testing tools such as Postman, REST API, Soap, DB, and CF Concepts.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Backend API Testing using restful services equivalent, Postman, REST API, Soap, DB, CF Concepts
  • Front end UI Automation Using Java Selenium or Protractor framework
  • Backend API Automation Using Karate framework or equivalent
  • Manual + Automation-UI +API Automation
  • API Automation(SoapUI), Java, DB/SQL
  • Good knowledge on VM, Alma Linux
  • Basic Linux Knowledge
  • Good Knowledge on microservices and Cloud Application

Required Qualifications:

Relevant Experience: 3+ years of experience in software development and testing is required.

Skill Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, etc.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, etc.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and containerization technologies like Docker.
