Content Creator for Illustrated Parts Catalogues

The role of an IPC Author involves creating, modifying and revising Illustrated Parts Catalogues (IPCs) for various aircraft models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing high-quality content for IPCs
  • Familiarity with Airbus standards, tools and processes
  • Conducting impact analysis to create content that meets change requests
  • Expertise in SAP PCS for authoring IPC/configuration management/criteria analysis
  • Working independently on project details, supplier drawings, technical specifications
  • Performing technical analysis of modifications/configuration management
  • Organizing and structuring information efficiently
  • Interpreting engineering drawings
  • Creating/revising Illustrated parts catalogues according to Ispec2200 standards
  • Preparing mockups for illustrators
  • Maintaining quality procedures as defined in the quality system
  • Reporting project progress and deviations to the Project Leader
  • Collaborating proactively with customers
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of Airbus standards, tools and processes
  • Experience working with SAP PCS
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Ispec2200 standards
