Our ideal candidate is a highly skilled Data Analyst with a strong background in statistical modeling and data visualization.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and communicating insights to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing statistical models to solve market analytics challenges
  • Performing exploratory data analysis using spreadsheets or Excel to understand data
  • Interpreting results from Geo tests and translating them into actionable recommendations
  • Collaborating with strategist teams to translate business questions and objectives into analytical frameworks

Successful candidates will have a bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Engineering, Economics, and at least 2 years of experience in data science or advanced analytics. Advanced knowledge of statistical concepts like hypothesis testing, regression & time series analysis is required.

Proficiency in programming and query languages like Python, R and SQL is essential. Understanding of marketing channels, metrics, and KPIs, as well as proficiency in data manipulation and preprocessing are also necessary.

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities, combined with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, make a successful candidate in this role.

Experience using PowerPoint or Google slides to present findings is a plus.
