FP&A Leader

Seeking a strategic and detail-oriented finance professional to support our company's growth.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced FP&A leader to join our small finance team. This role will play a key part in supporting decision-making across the business through financial analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting. The successful candidate will report directly to the CFO and be responsible for leading global budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and improve financial models to evaluate business performance across countries and revenue verticals.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages with clear analysis of variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Evaluate and analyze potential transactions and product pricing scenarios.
• Manage detailed cash forecasts to monitor cash burn.
• Support scenario planning, long-range financial models, and ad hoc strategic analyses.
• Support the CFO in capital raise activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills; experience with BI/reporting tools a plus.
• Experience working with multi-entity or global financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into insights.
• Ability to work independently and support stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
• Fluent, professional level of English is required.
