IT Specialist

Avensys, a global IT professional services company headquartered in Singapore, is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with 8+ years of Software Asset Management expertise to lead the design and implementation of SAM solutions.

This key position involves leveraging ServiceNow's powerful platform capabilities, including Flow Designer, Service Portal, Custom Application Development, Scripting (JavaScript), and best practices to deliver comprehensive solutions for hardware asset lifecycle management.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow SAM solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements
• Develop and implement complex integrations between ServiceNow SAM and other systems
• Design and implement comprehensive hardware asset lifecycle management strategies

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a ServiceNow Architect role
• Deep and demonstrable expertise with ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) module
• Extensive hands-on experience and architectural expertise with ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery, specifically tailored for hardware assets
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex integrations between ServiceNow SAM and other systems
• Comprehensive understanding of the entire hardware asset lifecycle, from strategic planning and procurement through deployment, maintenance, and disposal
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Flow Designer, Service Portal, Custom Application Development, Scripting (JavaScript), and best practices
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles, particularly as they apply to asset management
