Technical Lead - Generative AI

About the Role:

We seek a skilled and experienced Technical Lead to spearhead Generative AI initiatives using Microsoft Azure Cloud and OpenAI services. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, strategy, and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in architecting, developing, and deploying AI-driven applications that deliver real business value.

Key Responsibilities:

*Architect and Design: Develop a robust GenAI Solution leveraging Azure OpenAI Services, GPT models, and other Azure AI Capabilities.

*Configure, Deploy & Scale: Configure, deploy, and scale systems and solutions in Azure Cloud.

*Prompt Engineering Strategies: Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies, fine-tune LLMs, and integrate vector databases.

*Project Lifecycle: Participate in the full project life cycle (including requirement analysis, system design, development, and support if required).

*Existing Applications: Develop, maintain, and support existing Python applications and analyze and convert business requirements as needed.

*System Logic: Analyze and revise existing system logic to ensure seamless integration with new GenAI capabilities.

Requirements:

* Strong understanding of Azure Cloud services and OpenAI technologies.

* Experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven applications.

* Expertise in prompt engineering strategies, LLM fine-tuning, and vector database integration.
