**Job Opportunity:** Analytics Manager

This role is a high-impact position in our organization, leading the automation charter for the entire Hotels supply ecosystem. We are looking for a strong leader with problem-solving skills to transform data into business outcomes.

  • Driving strategic, cross-functional initiatives to improve key supply metrics and empower the supply team.
  • Leading the rollout of analytics platforms across the supply organization, ensuring adoption and effective usage.
  • Designing and managing the roadmap for dashboards and reports to track Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the supply team.
  • Delivering actionable insights using advanced analytics and data visualization to enable data-driven decision-making and execution.
  • Automating manual reporting workflows using programming languages like Python and SQL to ensure scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Leveraging tools and technologies like data engineering workflows, MS Excel, and PowerPoint to strengthen analytical capabilities.
  • Collaborating with various teams to accelerate growth in room nights and Gross Merchandise Value (GMV).

**Qualifications & Experience:**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, with 7–10 years of experience focused on automation and analytics-driven initiatives.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, data engineering workflows, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven track record of leading automation, driving analytics adoption, and enabling performance improvement at scale.
