Job Title: Software Development Lead

Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled software development lead to join our team. As a software development lead, you will be responsible for guiding your team in the development of software systems, ensuring that all software solutions meet the required standards and specifications.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding the team in development using CATIA
  • Understanding and developing software solutions to meet end user's requirements
  • Ensuring that applications integrate with overall system architecture, utilizing standard IT lifecycle methodologies and tools
  • Handling design, development, and analysis and delivery of requirements
  • Providing solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
  • Mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a software development lead, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization, CATIA V6, MCAD L2/L3 Support
  • Strong hands-on experience on customization through scripting/Macros
  • Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW)
  • Proven ability to collaborate with vendor and cross-functional teams/Partners
