Job Summary

We seek an exceptional AI Prompt Engineer with a strong background in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents. The ideal candidate will excel at bridging the gap between process automation, prompt engineering, and applied AI to create intelligent, autonomous systems that augment business workflows and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, test, and optimize high-quality prompts to enhance the accuracy, reliability, and adaptability of AI models across various business use cases.
  • Collaborate with automation teams to integrate Automation Anywhere bots with AI-driven agents for seamless end-to-end workflows.
  • Build, configure, and deploy AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks autonomously.
  • Partner with data scientists, RPA developers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and streamline processes.
  • Develop reusable prompt templates, libraries, and best practices for large language models (LLMs) and multi-agent systems.
  • Integrate APIs, knowledge bases, and third-party systems into AI agents and RPA workflows to enrich decision-making capabilities.
  • Monitor agent and bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and fine-tune prompts for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with state-of-the-art AI agent frameworks, RPA enhancements, and generative AI trends to maintain solutions at the forefront of innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI/ML, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with prompt engineering techniques for large language models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama).
  • Hands-on knowledge of Automation Anywhere (bot development, control room, IQ Bot, API integrations).
  • Proven experience in building, deploying, and managing AI agents or autonomous AI workflows.
  • Familiarity with RPA-to-AI orchestration, including scheduling, decision-making, and exception handling.
  • Proficiency with programming/scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript for automation and agent development.
  • Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations across enterprise environments.

Preferred/Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to multi-agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, Microsoft Autogen, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) for AI/automation deployment.
  • Knowledge of ML pipelines, NLP models, and conversational AI.
  • Experience in governance frameworks for AI and automation.
