Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated leader to spearhead our environmental health and safety efforts.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Factory Act, Environmental guidelines, HSE regulations, standards, and best practices. They will develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive HSE strategy aligned with our organization's overall business objectives.

  1. Ensure regulatory compliance and conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate control measures.
  2. Investigate and analyze incidents to determine root causes, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
  3. Develop and deliver HSE training programs to employees at all levels.
  4. Track and report on key HSE performance indicators and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements

The successful candidate must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in occupational safety and health or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in HSE management, preferably in a metal & mining industry.
  • Approved Safety officer as per Odisha Factory Act.
  • Strong knowledge of Factory Act, Environmental guidelines, HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
